• One Free Design Revision: Following the presentation of the initial design, we understand that revisions may be necessary to align the concept with your expectations. We offer a complimentary design modification to ensure that the final result exceeds your satisfaction.

For those seeking additional refinement, 

• Additional 2 Design Revisions for a $50 Deposit: A deposit of $50 secures an additional two design modifications, allowing for further customization and fine-tuning. Furthermore, we want to emphasize that the $50 deposit will be fully credited towards the overall cost of your final product, ensuring that your investment in the design process is both valuable and cost-effective.

To initiate the manufacturing process, we kindly request the purchase of your chosen design.  We will then promptly commence the crafting of your luxury poker card guard.

We will confirm the completion of your Lucky Guard, providing you with comprehensive photos for your approval BEFORE shipping to you.

We kindly request your response within one week from the date of receipt of finished product photos. Should we not receive your response within the timeframe, we will proceed with the shipment of your one of a kind lucky guard.

In the unlikely event that you find the final product not meeting your expectations after we send photos, we offer two options for your satisfaction:

1. Free Design Change: If you are unsatisfied with the engraving, we will collaborate with you to provide one additional design change at no extra cost. Additional modifications available for an additional $30 per remanufacture.

    2.  Partial Refund: If, for any reason, you choose not to proceed with the design changes, we are happy to provide a 50% refund of your order price. This takes into consideration the time, expertise, and resources invested in designing, programming, machining, and the materials and cutters used in the process.
